GENERAL DESCRIPTION:      

Under administrative direction of the Customer Service Manager, this position will provide advocacy, instruction, and direction to and for HEAP customers. This engagement is supported by telephone, electronic and in person communication that relates customer service at its best in responding and engaging in customer’s requests and concerns. TBA’s Administrative Support staff are Gatekeepers for the organization and the first point of contact with our community at large.

POSITION TITLE:     

Director of HEAP & Social Services

RESPONSIBLE TO:         

Chief Finance & Operations Officer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:      

The Director of HEAP & Social Services directs, administers, manages, and monitors the over-all operations of the Medical HEAP program grant (Winter Crisis Program, Summer Crisis Program, regular HEAP, and the Percentage Income Payment Plan) and all other social service grants that may be applicable through or in conjunction with a motivated experienced staff. The Director is responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. This role supervises a large staff including several managers and is responsible for the oversight of their progress and work performance. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest value to the organization. To achieve this goal the Director of HEAP & Social Services works closely with the Director of Lung Health Services.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

RESPONSIBLE TO:

HEAP Office Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under the administrative direction of the HEAP Office Manager, this HEAP Hot Line CSR will provide advocacy, instruction, direction, and answer incoming calls from customers to cancel or confirm appointments, answer program questions, address complaints and escalate calls to management as necessary. In addition, this CSR will maintain the gateway of communication and information for all HEAP stakeholders.
