Become A Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist

This 30 hour curriculum will provide education on evidence-based clinical interventions for the treatment of tobacco dependence and prepares health care or related professionals to become certified in the treatment of tobacco dependence.

100% Self-Paced Online

Students have thirty days to complete the 14 different learning modules; affording them enough time to work at their own pace.

Continuing Education Credits Available

Continuing education credits for respiratory therapists, nurses, counselors, social workers and other disciplines may be available.

Continuing Professional Development

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.  (OBN-001-91).

Renew your CTTS Certification:

Your CTTS certification must be renewed every two years from the time of your initial certification. Recertification requires confirmation of 18 CEU credit hours obtained within the last two years.
