Quit for Good

Tobacco use, whether smoked, vaped, dipped, or chewed, is the leading preventable cause of death, lung disease, and many cancers. Medical costs are 25% higher for smokers, and smokers lose more days of work than non-smokers. Smoking not only impacts your health, it impacts your wallet too.

Quit for Good, The Breathing Association’s workplace nicotine cessation program, is a free, evidence-based program that gets results by combining best practices, such as group education and counseling, with individual follow up.

If you’re ready to quit for good, talk to your employer about bringing this program to your workplace.
