Program Partners
Ohio Department of Development, Office of Community Assistance (OCA), funds the HEAP program. Policies and program guidelines are administered from their office. To appeal a decision a customer can contact this office for assistance.
In addition to HEAP, OCA office administers PIPP for AEP, Columbia Gas, and Ohio Edison utility customers as part of the Universal Service Fund program enabled by Substitute Senate Bill 3.
The Breathing Association is committed to excellence in delivery of customer service. Every customer is sent a satisfaction survey after their visit. We use this feedback to improve our services and customer service.
