Quit for Good

Smoking not only impacts your health, it impacts your wallet too. Medical costs are higher for smokers, they miss more days of work, and tobacco products are expensive! Whether smoked, vaped, dipped, or chewed, tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of death, lung disease, and many cancers. You know WHY you should quit, we want to help with the HOW!

Quit for Good, The Breathing Association’s nicotine cessation program, is a FREE, evidence-based program that gets results by combining best practices including group education and counseling, personalized quit plans and individual follow up. This health and wellness program is offered in both community and workplace settings.
